Cordery Build Ltd. completed the fit-out of a 2,000 sqm private healthcare facility near Winchester, valued at approximately £6 million. The project spanned from July 2021 to March 2022, initially scheduled for 22 weeks, with an 8-week extension due to Covid-19 and changes in building classification from clinic to full hospital. This included updates to fire regulations and building control.

• Faraday Cage & Quench Pipe: Installed for the MRI unit.
• Medical Gas Provision: Complete setup in patient beds and infrastructure.
• Power and Data Systems: Full LV, IPS UPS power for battery backup, and extensive data provision.
